FACILITY RULES

G4 Sports, LLC assumes no liability associated with batting/ practice cages or the facility as a whole.

Use is at participant’s own risk and requires strict compliance with all facility, field and cage rules below.

General & Safety Rules

Waivers: All participants, meaning anyone that is on the turf (including coaches and assistants), are required to have reviewed and completed the facility waiver. It is the coach's responsibility to ensure that all players have a waiver on file. Anyone found on the turf without a waiver will be asked to depart the facility and can return once a waiver is completed.
Helmets & Bats: Absolutely no swinging a bat if your feet are on concrete. Swings are only permitted inside the turf area. If inside the turf area for hitting related activities, helmets are REQUIRED. It is possible for balls to cross lanes.
Footwear: No metal or molded cleats. Sneakers, tennis shoes, or turf shoes are required; keep dirty shoes/clothes out of the turf area.
Prohibited Items: No food, gum, or drinks other than water are allowed in the turf area. All tobacco products, vaping, and sunflower seeds are prohibited inside the facility. No glass bottles or containers of any kind are permitted inside the building.
Time: Enter your lane(s) at your scheduled rental time, and please make sure your lane(s) are cleaned up and exited at the end of your rental time.

Equipment & Usage Rules

Equipment: Return all balls into their respective hoppers and all equipment to the storage area when you are done. Leave your lane(s) as you found them for the next guest.
Screens: Pitching machine operators or anyone throwing soft toss must be behind a safety screen and must be at least 14 years of age to throw batting practice. Keep nets closed while hitting at all times.
Nets/Equipment: Don't climb on nets or attempt to access the area above the restrooms. Do not reach your fingers through the nets to watch, and don’t lean against nets while someone is hitting /throwing.
Lights & Walls: Do not intentionally try and hit lights/walls through the nets. The netting is pulled very tight.
Hitting into Nets: Balls can be hit into the divider nets or into the nets at the two ends of the facility. Please do not hit directly into the nets on the sides, they are pulled very tight and can have a rebound effect.

Access, Responsibility & Consequences

Reservations: Use requires pre-booking; no-shows can lead to loss of privileges.
Access: The facility is controlled with electronic access control at both the front gate as well as then front door. You will receive an access code for both upon booking. Should you have any problems with access to the facility, please call 330-437-7279. Additionally, there is an intercom button on the front door that will put you in direct contact with us. Please do not answer the door or let anyone else in, everyone that is supposed to have access to the facility should have their own access codes. ABSOLUTELY NO PROPPING THE DOOR OPEN.
Rear Exit: The rear exit of the facility is exclusively to be used as an emergency exit. It is clearly marked with an Emergency Exit Only sign. Please do not exit or allow anyone to access this door for any reason other than an emergency.
Violations: Can result in fines, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the facility.
